I got the layout from Wendy Weixler and the line idea from Teresa Mitchell. I love how we can take ideas from different places and make a card of our own.

Ink the Buffalo Check stamp with Rich Razzelberry ink and lay your Whisper White paper 5 1/2 x 3 on top, use a block to rub the paper to transfer ink. Then using a clear ruler and the Balmy Blue marker, add lines. When done trim CS to 5 1/2 x 2 1/2 and add to the front of you Smoky Slate card 5 1/2 x 8 1/2.

Run the 2 1/2 x 4 piece of Balmy Blue CS through the Big Shot with the striped folder.

Stamp the milk can and flowers with Memento Ink onto the 2 1/2 x 3 3/4 piece of Think Whisper White. Also, stamp the small oval and words. Then color with Blends. I added a little Pool Party to my can to get the blue/gray look.
Now trim out half of the can/ flowers and leave the other half. Once trimmed add embossing paste to the cotton and let dry.

Cut out the small oval and place on the can with Glue Dots, you can add the pearls if you wish.
Cut a small piece of ribbon and tie to clip.
Glue the milk can piece to the Balmy Blue piece. Add the clip, you might have to spread it out a bit with your scissors. Layer the Rich Razzleberry piece onto your card and add Balmy Blue piece now with the can to the card with Dimensionals.

Stamp the inside as you wish.
I stamped off once to get the lighter Balmy Blue. I used Rich Razzleberry for the words.
