Brian King for the win! What a difference a little Folder makes.

Fold card base in half, add white to inside stamping words if you want.

Get your large circle from the Navy layer. Then assemble Nay and Seaside Spray.

Choose a DSP and trim to 2 3/4 and 4 3/4 then glue to white layer and run through BIg Shot with folder.

Stamp words on white scrap with Navy, then punch with smaller circle. Layer to Navy circle and attach to card with dimensionals.
