Case'd this one the Sale-A-Bration catalog on page 11. I chose to use Watercolor Pencils and not Blends from the example.

Use the Picture This Dies and the Stitched With Whimsy Dies to create the holes and the stitching you can do this at the same pass through the Big Shot.

Use the Blending Brush and Balmy Blue ink to create the background.

Use a pencil very lightly to mark where the circles are.

Stamp the Otters with black ink.

Color just the water waves with the black marker and stamp in the other holes.

Remember the black marker will run with the blender pen.

You might have to mask the area off with scrap paper so you don't get your waves in multiple holes.

Color the Otters and the water with Watercolor Pencils. Use blending pens to blend the colors.

Cut the "grass" from the top of the Pineapple Die and glue it to the back of the DSP.

Then add the DSP to the card with Dimensionals.

Stamp words with Versa Mark and Emboss with Black Embossing Powder. Punch the ends.

Add to the card with glue dots. If you are not mailing it you can curve the Vellum.

Add the "rocks" to the card.
