The water coloring make this card stand out.

Glue the striped paper to the card.

Stamp with Stazon ink the image onto the scrap white paper.

Punch out the image.

Go to the color table and color your image with watercolor pencils.

You color the image and use the Blender pens to make it look like water coloring.

Add your image to the card with 2 dimensionals
