This was started with an idea from one of Brian's cards. This paper is soo gorgeous, you have to let the paper shine.

Fold your card base in half.

Cut the DSP into 3/4" strips

Layer onto the Tahitian Tide CS. Glue where the fuzzy is so you can't see the glue.

Add to the card base- wrapping with the ribbon first if you wish.

Stamp words with Tahitian Tide onto Balmy Blue and add to the card with dimensionals.

Stamp penguin, punch out, and add to card. Giving him a scarf or hat if you wish.
