September 2023 Glow Stars

I wanted to showcase the star background. There are several word choices in the catalog to make this background set shine.

Fold your Navy CS in half. Use the white craft ink pad and the star background to stamp on the front of the navy CS.

THEN DRY WITH HEAT TOOL.

Once dry use the blending brush and the Navy ink pad to add some depth around the edges. You could do this step before the white if you want the stars to all be the same color.

Use one of the shapes from Stylish Shapes to cut a hole in the front of your card so the words can peek through.

Make sure to open your card when you cut so you don't get the other side cut also.

Place- don't glue our Balmy Blue CS in the middle of your card, and stamp words of choice with Navy ink through the hole. Once stamped go back and glue the light blue to the inside of your card.

Punch out the stars with the retired star punch from the glow-in-the-dark paper. Add to the card.

Use Wink of Stella to make the white stamped largest stars sparkle.
