This first card is from my dad.  His message inside was that he did the front and then ran out of ideas.  He is fascinated with the big shot dies and wants to come "play" soon.  He really wished they would cut out leather.  The letters he bought from a store that was closing and they were to make the signs.

 

Mary send this one, I love how she did the inside.  The whole card is amazing.

The last one is from my Aunt.  She makes all her cards by hand!

Here is the card inspired from the In Colors I posted yesterday.

Fresh Fig will be leaving us soon, so if you like this color combo you better act fast and get Freash Fig before it is gone for good.  The new In Color Purple Posy will be avalible June 4th.

Notice how I belted the card with a little gold, just like the belt on the dress.  Which by the way was AMAZING with detail.

I also brought the green in the background chair in with the leaves on the flower.

I used Very Vanilla as the cream color for the card like in her dress. 

 

 

 

So you all know by now, I went to On Stage a few weeks back and learning lots of new stuff and got to see the new items coming out soon.

What some of you may not know is after On Stage a dear friend of mine and I went to see the Biltmore home.  I was taking pictures of things I wanted to try with stamps, ink and paper!  If anyone was watching me they probably thought I was a little weird.   Here is one of the first things I saw, a dress that matched new and retiring In Colors. 

This will be the first post in a series about how to find inspiration in what is around you hope you follow along.

I'm at convention learning new things to pass on to you.  Working full time put a wrench in my plan to get tons of swaps made, but I did get a few done.

I was working the last min so I revamped the kid's card with current SU! products, except for the Fringe Scissors.
